The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively within the legal provisions set out by (GDPR, Telecommunications Act (Telekommunikationsgesetz, TKG) 2003). Contact with us
If you contact us via the form on our website or via e-mail, the data provided by you will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. This data will not be divulged to a third party without your consent.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are text files which are stored on your end device in contact with the browser. They do not cause any damage. We also use cookies to make our range of products user-friendly. Some cookies will remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser during your next visit. Web Analysis
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics (google-analytics.com) created by Google Inc. (USA). For this, we use cookies which enable an analysis of the use of the website by our users. The information created is thereby transferred to the server of the provider and stored there. You can prevent this from happening by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding agreement with the provider for processing order data. Your IP address will be collected, but it will be immediately anonymized (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). Thus, only a rough localisation is possible. The relationship to the web analysis provider is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Privacy Shield). The data procession is done in accordance with the statutory provisions set out in sec. 96 par. 3 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) as well as in art. 6 par. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our aim in relation to the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our range of products and of our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data will be anonymized. The user data is kept for a period of 26 months. This website uses maps of Google Maps. Google Maps is a service provided by the company Google, Inc. (USA). The maps are integrated by a server connection with Google in the USA, whereby it is to be assumed that requests are stored by Google. Google Fonts
This website uses external fonts by Google Fonts. Google Fonts is a service provided by the company Google, Inc. (USA). The fonts are integrated by a server connection to Google in the USA, whereby it is to be assumed that requests are stored by Google. YouTube
This website contains at least one plugin of YouTube, property of Google Inc., which is Headquartered in San Bruno/California, USA. When you visit a page of our website equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the servers of YouTube is established. In doing so, information about which particular page of our website was visited by you it is communicated to the YouTube server. If, on top of that, you were logged into your YouTube account, you would enable YouTube to directly assign your surfing patterns to your personal profile. You may undo this possibility by logging out of your account first. Vimeo
Our website uses plug-ins of the video portal Vimeo. The provider is Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

If you visit one of the pages on our website into which a Vimeo plug-in has been integrated, a connection to Vimeo’s servers will be established. As a consequence, the Vimeo server will receive information as to which of our pages you have visited. Moreover, Vimeo will receive your IP address. This will also happen if you are not logged into Vimeo or do not have an account with Vimeo. The information recorded by Vimeo will be transmitted to Vimeo’s server in the United States.

HubSpot
On this website we use HubSpot for our online marketing activities. HubSpot is a software company from the USA with a branch in Ireland. Contact: HubSpot, 2nd Floor 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland, Phone: +353 1 5187500.

This is an integrated software solution with which we cover various aspects of our online marketing. These include:

Email marketing (newsletters and automated mailings, e.g. for the provision of downloads), social media publishing & reporting, reporting (e.g. traffic sources, access, etc. …), contact management (e.g. user segmentation & CRM), landing pages and Contact forms.

Our registration service enables visitors to our website to learn more about our company, download content and provide their contact information and other demographic information. This information and the content of our website are stored on the servers of our software partner HubSpot. They can be used by us to contact visitors to our website and to determine which services of our company are of interest to them. All information we collect is subject to this privacy policy. We use all information collected only to optimize our marketing measures.

We also use the live chat service “Messages” from HubSpot (round chat icon at the bottom right of the screen) to improve the user experience on our website for sending and receiving messages on some subpages. If you consent to and use this function, the following data will be transmitted to the HubSpot servers:
– Content of all chat messages sent and received
– context information (e.g. page on which the chat was used)
– Optional: email address of the user (if provided by the user via chat function)
The legal basis for the use of Hubspot’s services is Art. 6 I f GDPR – legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest in using this service is to optimize our marketing measures and improve our service quality on the website.
