Furthermore, we continuosly invest in curring-edge technology, in great customer care and foremost in the people who are working hands-on in our workshops and offices as well as at our customer’s sites.
If a repair job is too complex to be done on-site we are able to move the engine to our state of the art workshop at our headquarters in Austria.
Here our highly skilled technicians and engineers are carrying out complex refurbishing tasks and major overhauls which require heavy machinery, thorough diagnosis and inspection as well as special tools.
The 2100 square metre facility is fully equipped with the latest technology and equipment to carry out large and heavy repairs.
The best engine is only as good as its operator!
Therefore we offer tailored on-site and inhouse trainings for our customers, operators and maintenance engineers. Combined theoretical and practical lessons on the job will take the quality of your daily operations to another level in no time.
Our gas engine experts inherit decades of experience in the industry and are most happy to provide their know-how to improve your skills and understanding of the engine’s components, it’s control system and the overall process of operating a gas engine properly at maximum performance.
Bespoke Parts Program
Through our bespoke spare parts program, we are able to react to our customer’s needs and offer them a very specific solution.
Many of the products in our portfolio have been developed through close collaboration with our customers, either as a reaction to known issues or as a niche-product for special boundary conditions or requirements.
Through our vast experience and the use of cutting-edge technology, we can also remanufacture certain serial-parts to optimize their performance in our customer’s specific application.

NO pre-financing cost
|Invoicing is done per operating hour which is, in fact, a kind of pre-financing. Customer pays from first operating hour already partly the big and cost intense bigger maintenance works (e.g. minor overhaul)|
|Flexible scope of supply. Parts can be added or taken out of the LTSA at any time with minor/no impact||Fixed scope of supply. No change of scope is possible as any part which is taken out has already been partly pre-paid (invoicing per OPH). This pre-payment is lost!|
|LTSA can be easily adapted to new technologies enabling e.g. longer part lifetimes||Very difficult for the same reason as above mentioned (invoicing per operating hour)|

Long-term Supply Agreements (LTSA)
We offer Long-Term Supply Agreements (LTSA) that provide the most flexibility through a strategic combination of spareparts, repair- and maintenance services at discounted, fixed costs for the contract period.
With our (LTSA) you will have preferential access to PowerUP parts inventory, field-service resources and engineering expertise.
STEP 1 – the “List of Parts “ (LOP) is defined based on site-analysis data
STEP 2 – the yearly spareparts demand is calculated based on the LOP
STEP 3 – depending on spareparts demand special discounts are granted
STEP 4 – based on yearly received payments a credit note (discount) is issued
STEP 5 – this LTSA discount will be set off against future LTSA orders
