AORA – Advanced Open Retrofit Application

PowerUP’s AORA control system for MWM® is the perfect choice for a reliable and tailor-made retrofit solution

AORA – Advanced Open Retrofit Application

PowerUP proudly presents AORA control system for MWM® engines as a retrofit solution. With PowerUP’s control system, customers have full access to all the relevant parameters and insights of the performance to effectively control their gas engines.

The AORA Principle

Our AORA system has been extensively tested and installed in a variety of engines with different applications. It offers expert data analysis tools that are simplified for an optimal user experience and based on our comprehensive knowledge of gas engines.

  • Gain new insights into your engine with custom trends, real-time data on engine performance, and performance parameters, as well as component-specific test mode.
  • Experience a simple and intuitive user interface on a generous touch display and feel secure with custom updates and additional 24-hour helpdesk on request.
  • A wide range of interfaces makes the control the ideal control center for the integration of a variety of different components. For the optimization of gas engines in CHP plants, sensors and actuators are required that cannot be integrated into a traditional PLC-based system – this is where the software and hardware modules of the technology come into play, for instance, for our cylinder-specific knock detection.
  • Your AORA engine control system comes with all circuit diagrams, user manual, and a description of the functional characteristics and is installed, commissioned, and tailored to your specific needs and requirements by our experienced experts.
  • The AORA retrofit is available for all stationary CHP plants and container systems as well as for island and grid-parallel operating modes and for custom applications.
