Blowby-Filter Type 6

Our exhaust gas filtration system significantly reduces the contamination of turbochargers, intercoolers and combustion chambers with oil ash and oil coke, thus extending the service life of these elements and the performance of the entire gas engine.

In addition, our blower filter system features an unsurpassed service life and requires no maintenance.

Steel Pistons Type 6

PowerUP’s “Mexican hat-shaped” steel piston was specially developed to prevent the top ring from sticking and aids in the proper operation of type 6-F engines.

With our revolutionary one-piece design, we have eliminated the risk of piston crown separation.

The highest quality material and processing make the PowerUP steel piston the preferred replacement part for your next Type 6-F engine overhaul.

Reliability

Pre-Combustion System

Our pre-combustion system consisting of pre-chamber, spark plug bushing and pre-chamber gas valve works in harmony.

Spark Plugs Type 6

PowerUP’s genuine S/6 spark plug has a revolutionary ring electrode design to minimize wear and improve combustion.

Our S/6 spark plugs are subject to continuous improvement and rigorous testing in a wide variety of engines and type 6 applications.

The PowerUP type 6 spark plug does not require re-gauging and is therefore maintenance free!

Cylinder Heads for E & F Versions

Cylinder heads belong to the critical components of any combustion engine and are subject to extreme fatigue. Therefore, they have an enormous impact on the reliability and performance of the engine.

Recognizing these facts, we have developed our PowerUP type 6 cylinder heads with an optimized cooling system, valves and seat rings of the highest quality and improved casting materials resulting in increased reliability and trouble-free operation.
