After successfully achieving the targets and thorough in-house and field testing, our brand new cylinder head, suitable for MWM® TCG2016 engines, was released for series production in 2024. It aims to offer the longest service life and highest reliability. At the same time, it is fully compatible and easy to retrofit.

Pistons suitable for MWM® engines

Also, a piston efficiency upgrade in combination with cylinder-liners with anti-polishing ring is available as retrofit-solution to increase your engine’s performance and reliability.

Cylinder Liners with Anti-Polishing Ring suitable for MWM® engines

Our cylinder liners with anti-polishing ring increase the reliability of your MWM® engine by scraping off carbon deposits at the top-land of the piston, thus avoiding cylinder liner scuffing and top-ring damages.

They are also available as an upgrade solution in combination with squish-pistons for engine versions without anti-polishing ring.

Spark Plugs suitable for MWM® engines

PowerUp´s spark plug suitable for MWM® gas engines, ensures highest reliability through our robust annular electrode design.

It also helps in cutting service costs due to our two-piece design with a separate spark plug connector.
